Whatever we see, what we hear, how we feel, what we think and whatever we go through, everything forges an eternal positive fingerprint or a negative blockade in our subconscious memory which can set a limitation for whatever we plan further on.
There are various moments and circumstances in our lives that can generate these blockades without us being fully aware of their creation but there also are various methods to define and remove them.

Every opinion, conception and thought about ourselves that we accumulated through time is stored in the Subconscious Mind. Our future actions and desires are mapped out according to these conceptions and thoughts; thus letting our circumstances influence our destiny it’s not feasible because circumstances take many forms and can induce wrong concepts and thoughts about ourselves. It is also stated by psychiatrists that the Subconscious Mind’s memory is perfect, storing every little thing that we have ever experienced through our five senses but that the Conscious Mind had long forgotten.
Defining the Blockades:
When we feel sickness, insecurity, frustration, isolation or any other feelings that are oppressive towards the Conscious Mind we dismiss them and hide them in the Subconscious memory, in this way creating Blockades.
So Blockades are THE ENEMY, painful negative experiences and the mainly creators of unhappiness, remorse, lack and limitation. They are responsible for the multitude of unhappy people and for the existence of greed, hate, insecurity, hostility etc.; like a sick man that wants to be healthy but isn’t. The circumstance of getting sick led to creating a blockade in the Subconscious Mind that provides thoughts as: “Wonder who would actually miss me if I died…Hmm.”, “Will I ever be healthy again?” Such blockades will slow the process of being healthy again.
But the thing is the Subconscious Mind does exactly what the Conscious Mind tells it to do; so luckily we can remove each of these blockades by ourselves as every circumstance and phenomenon of our lives can be changed to abide our conscious desires.

Learning this, we know that we can shift the Subconscious Mind from being our ENEMY into becoming our MOST VALUABLE ASSET, but first of all we should REALIZE that this will not happen instantly but will rather take time, practice and dedication as it will manifest a paradigm shift in your life.
So here is how you turn your subconscious mind into an asset:
1) Know that fear is your enemy; fear is what denies our freedom and forms Blockades in our Subconscious: You should start first with being fully aware that fear causes chaos in your life. That’s a fact! After acquiring full awareness you need to specifically identify your fears by becoming an observer of your inner thoughts and space; for this you should take a moment to think about some fears you have and write them down. When you have your fears identified, pick one and face it directly then cross it off the list an celebrate your achievement.
2) Focus on the positive since the positive will override the entire negative and allow you to the full blossom of your power: As stated above, blockades are based on negative experiences that generate negative thoughts and outcomes so to remove them we should do the opposite and shift to a positive mindset. I challenge you to spend more time on “YES” than on “NO”. Do more affirming than denying and focus your mind on the full half of the cup, not on the empty half, practice gratitude, say “Thank you” for every positive thing already existing in your life. Feel, think and act as you are already living the life you want and count every little blessing, yes, that’s right, count them, because we always tend to focus on what we lack rather on what we already have.
3) Spend at least ten minutes daily in meditation, projecting your thoughts into the Subconscious Mind so they can manifest into reality: While in your meditative state focus on what you want, not on what you don’t want and create a very accurate picture of it in your mind to carry daily with you until it becomes a reality in your life. You have to speak with yourself and repeat empowering mantras as: “I can”, “I am able”, “I am worthy” and “I deserve it”. Doing this on daily basis your blockades will start to dissolve and your Subconscious Mind will transform into your most valuable asset.
